MedCentral GP Clinic is a contemporary and agile general practice serving Darwin's northern suburbs, located in The Village Shopping Centre Casuarina. We provide a contemporary, spacious and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and administering vaccines
Patient triage
Scheduling and assisting with completion of Care Plans, Health Assessments and Cycles of Care
Perform ECG, Spirometry, ABPI, Healthy Heart Checks
Assisting with procedures including Excisions, Biopsies and insertion of contraceptive devices
Regular wound care and ROS
Entry of patient information to Medical Director
Management of the treatment room, including sterilising, stock ordering/rotation and maintaining cleanliness
Managing patient recalls
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Education & Experience:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse
Current CPR certificate
Current Working with Children Check
1+ years experience in a similar role preferred
Immunisation certificate desirable
