Social Futures is seeking a Team Leader to support the Family Connect in Schools program. The role is part time on a fixed term contract with flexibility to work from Bathurst, Dubbo or Central Coast offices and occasional travel to Southern Sydney / South Coast schools.
The Team Leader will supervise a team of program workers, oversee intake and assessment, and ensure service delivery meets the Social Futures Practice Framework and client outcomes.
