Key responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including receiving vacancy requirements, advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and placement.
Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals and targeted searches.
Interview and assess candidates against client requirements and prepare candidate profiles, resumes and shortlists for client consideration.
Coordinate interviews, candidate submissions and the selection process between clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Provide recruitment advice and information to clients and candidates and assist with negotiating employment terms and conditions where required.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records, recruitment pipelines and regular progress updates.
Support clients and candidates with recruitment requirements relating to visa sponsorship and temporary work arrangements.

Skills and experience

Essential:




Minimum 5 years' relevant qualified recruitment experience.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Solid candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Desirable:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Recruitment, Management or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience recruiting within the Australian blue-collar, civil, construction, mining, hospitality or specialist sectors.
Experience with visa sponsorship recruitment.
