Centenary Tavern in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant team and elevate the guest experience. This role focuses on premium service, weekend entertainment, and ensuring every visit is memorable for guests and patrons.
The ideal candidate will have RSA and RSG certifications with solid availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays; RMLV, Approved Manager’s License and First Aid are highly preferred.
