Cost Management | Sydney A leading project advisory and cost management consultancy is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor & Senior QS to join its expanding Australian team. This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse range of projects across property, construction and infrastructure, within a professional and team-oriented environment.

The Role The Quantity Surveyor will provide comprehensive cost and commercial management services throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, the role supports the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects.

Ideal experience: Multi-Sector / Built Environment

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of cost plans, estimates and bills of quantities
Tender documentation, assessment and procurement support
Cost control, reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
Value engineering and cost risk analysis
Assessment of variations, progress claims and final accounts
Liaison with clients,



consultants and construction stakeholders
Providing accurate and timely commercial advice

About the Candidate: The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
Experience in cost management and measurement (CostX experience preferred)
Robust commercial and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
RICS or AIQS membership, or progress toward accreditation, highly regarded
Australian work rights
