genU, in partnership with MatchWorks, seeks a Post Placement Support Consultant to partner with participants, employers and internal teams to address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes.
As part of the team, you’ll provide hands-on coaching at the workplace, build supportive relationships, and create personalised retention plans to keep participants thriving at work. NDIS screening and orientation will be guided through by the company.
