About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will:

n

Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's interests, strengths and development
n
Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families
n
Contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational program
n
Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to provide high-quality care and education
n
Support children's wellbeing, learning and development in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
n
Build positive relationships with families and the wider community
n

About you

Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
n




Passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning and development
n
Warm, caring, respectful and responsive
n
A confident team player who enjoys working collaboratively
n
Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
n
Reliable, qualified and able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Knowledgeable about the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
n
