Key Responsibilities

n

n
Manage a residential portfolio from start to finish
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
n
Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
n
Ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
n

n

About You

n

n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
n
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
n
Solid knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
n
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
n
Qualified communication and relationship-building abilities
n
Experience with AILO is preferred, but not essential
n
