Emporium Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for our Terrace Rooftop Bar. Lead a talented, diverse team with a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional guest service to high-end guests.

The role focuses on mentorship, revenue initiatives, and maintaining seamless F&B; operations in a five-star hotel setting. You will manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, train team members, and uphold WH&S; standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and accurate POS operations.
