Arthrex is seeking a Helpdesk Support Officer to join its APAC regional team, based onsite at Frenchs Forest, NSW. You will provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for hardware and software, handling tickets and coordinating with global IT colleagues.

The role requires robust customer service and a minimum of four years in IT support, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff. Occasional travel to Arndell Park and interstate travels are required.
