Job Description

RGIT Australia is seeking an experienced Assistant Customer Service Manager to lead the resolution of complex customer matters and support an exceptional end-to-end experience. Based in Somersby, you will guide a high-performing team, ensure service standards, and balance customer satisfaction with commercial outcomes.
