About Us: We are a luxury wedding, events and accommodation venue. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Grounds Person & Allrounder to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and care for outdoor areas including lawns, gardens, and pathways
Perform general grounds maintenance such as mowing, weeding, tidying and pruning
Ensure all outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tasks as required
Operate gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Assist with event setups, equipment moves, and general labour tasks
Monitor and report any issues or repairs needed on-site
Collaborate with the Estates Manager to ensure efficient completion of all tasks





Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance roles
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
General handyman skills for basic maintenance tasks
Robust attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
Valuable physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
Excellent communication and team-working skills
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
A valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
