The Role
n
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Ute driver to join our team. You'll be responsible for towing trailers, transporting towable equipment and carrying general freight on the ute tray throughout Sydney Metro.
n
This is a Monday to Friday position, with occasional overtime and Saturday work as required.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Tow trailers and transport equipment and general freight across Sydney Metro
n
Safely load and secure freight and equipment
n
Connect, tow and manoeuvre trailers safely
n
Collect and deliver goods to customers and job sites
n
Complete delivery paperwork and job records
n
Communicate professionally with customers
n
Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
n
Follow all company safety procedures and requirements
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Current Australian C Class driver's licence
n
Clear driving history
n
Previous experience towing trailers
n
Confident reversing and manoeuvring trailers
n
Current White Card or willingness to obtain one
n
Positive understanding of load restraint and safe towing practices
n
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
n
Solid attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for job management
n
Transport, construction or equipment hire experience is highly regarded
n
Monday to Friday work
