Banks Benchtops is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for full-time Factory Labourers to join our team at our Brendale branch. With multiple positions available, this is your chance to grow with a well-established and respected name in the stone benchtop industry.

About the Role

n

As a Factory Labourer, you'll work alongside experienced stonemasons in a dynamic and supportive workplace. You'll be trained in the use of industry-specific equipment including:

n

Bridge saws
n
CNC machinery
n
Line polishers
n
Lifters
n
Cranes
n
Hand tools
n

n

No two days are the same—we supply both trade and retail customers, so the variety keeps things interesting.

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're after motivated, reliable team players who are keen to learn. While experience in construction is preferred, it's not essential—we'll provide full training for the right person.

You should be:

n

n
Honest, reliable, and punctual
n
Physically capable of lifting heavy items
n
A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
n
Able to maintain a high standard of work and presentation
n
A good communicator with both colleagues and clients
n
Holding a construction white card (or able to obtain one)
n

Work Hours

Monday to Thursday: 5:30am – 2:00pm

Friday: 5:30am – 11:30am
