About The Role

No two days will look exactly the same. You will play an significant role in keeping Head Office running smoothly while supporting the Property team with their day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Being the first point of contact for visitors, calls and general enquiries
Managing reception, meeting rooms and the presentation of the office
Coordinating office supplies, mail, couriers and facilities
Assisting with staff events, corporate functions and hospitality
Supporting the Property Manager with maintenance requests and contractor coordination
Coordinating and following up on maintenance issues
Maintaining accurate property, tenancy and maintenance records




Assisting with reporting and administrative projectsProcessing and reconciling corporate credit card transactions
Supporting management and the wider team with general administration
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys being the person the team can rely on.

You Will Ideally Have
Previous administration experience within an office, property or professional services setting
Experience working within a privately owned business would be advantageous
Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm when things get busy
A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your work
A professional, friendly and service-focused approach
Property, real estate, facilities or legal administration experience would be
A Business Administration qualification would be advantageous
