Bundamba State Secondary College invites a passionate Pedagogy Coach to join our team. This role focuses on improving student outcomes by building staff capability through career development and modelling high‑quality, inclusive teaching practices.

You will collaborate with HOSES, HODs, and HOYs to develop ICPs and QCIA pathways, provide structured differentiation coaching, create adjustment toolkits, and partner with external agencies to support students with diverse needs.
