Key Responsibilities:
Take the lead on the technical delivery of industrial, commercial, and residential projects using Revit
Coordinate seamlessly with consultants
Own key project phases, driving design development, technical resolution, and stakeholder communication
Lead and mentor junior team members, nurturing a collaborative and inspiring studio culture




Work independently and/or in team capacity under the direction of senior directors
Maintain high standards of quality and statutory compliance throughout all project stages

Skills & Experience:
Around 5 years’ experience, with a proven track record in industrial, residential, or comparable sectors
Exceptional proficiency in Revit
Strong experience coordinating multi-disciplinary consultants and resolving complex technical challenges
Ability to work autonomously and lead project teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards
