Sesami is seeking a Service Centre Technician to join our team on a full time basis at our Lidcombe, NSW office. This is a hands-on technical role that plays a crucial part in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production and repair operations. You will be responsible for performing a range of technical tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and stagging machines. This position offers the prospect to work with diverse range of equipment.

Key responsibilities

Stagging machines before being installed in the field
n
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using appropriate testing equipment and procedures
n
Conduct quality inspections on products and components throughout the production and/or repair process
n
Assemble, disassemble and reassemble equipment components as required
n
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities,



repairs completed and parts used
n
Identify prospects for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
n
Maintain a protected and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
n

What we're looking for

Experience working with and servicing electromechanical equipment
n
Advanced problem-solving skills.
n
A self-starter who is able to work unsupervised
n
Ability to communicate in both oral and written form
n
Solid problem-solving skills with the capacity to diagnose and resolve technical faults independently
n
Reliable time-keeping and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
