We’re a growing residential building company seeking a reliable and motivated General Hand to join our construction team. This is a hands-on role working across residential builds, supporting trades and ensuring sites run efficiently and safely.

About the Role
As the general hand; you’ll be working on active residential construction sites, assisting with day-to-day construction tasks and supporting our supervisors and trades to keep projects moving.
Key responsibilities include:
General labouring duties on residential construction sites
Site clean-up and preparation
Assisting trades as required
Assist in the collection and distribution of supplies to various sites
Manual handling of materials and equipment
Maintaining a protected and organised work environment
Following WHS procedures at all times.
About You
Previous experience in construction or labouring preferred (but not essential)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Able to follow instructions and work as part of an established and cohesive team.
