Hume City Council is seeking a Team Leader Aquatic Operations for Broadmeadows Aquatic and Leisure Centre. The role leads daily aquatic operations, supervises lifeguards, and ensures safety, water quality and service delivery in a 10-month contract.

You will coordinate staff rosters, assist with training plans, and oversee contractor work to maintain high safety and quality standards for residents and visitors at BALC.
