About the role

Degani Forest Hill is seeking an experienced casual barista to join our team in a busy, high-volume café located at Forest Hill Chase.

This role offers approximately 16–24 hours per week and requires availability for early morning and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based beverages
Adjust and dial in the grinder when required
Produce consistent milk texture and coffee presentation
Manage multiple coffee orders efficiently during busy periods
Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked coffee station
Communicate professionally with customers and team members

About you
At least two years of recent barista experience in a busy café
Confident working independently on a high-volume coffee station
Robust espresso preparation and milk-texturing skills




Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team
Available for early morning and weekend shifts
Valid Australian working rights

What we offer
Casual employment with approximately 16–24 hours per week
$33.85–$36 per hour, depending on experience and Award classification
Applicable weekend and public holiday penalty rates
A secure role within an established café at Forest Hill Chase
