Job Description
Alcyone Hotel Residences Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced Building Manager to oversee two premium residential buildings in Maroochydore. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure presentation standards across common areas and external spaces.

As the in office representative for the Alcyone Group, you will manage contractors, supervise cleaners, and liaise with Body Corporate Committees, residents and owners to deliver reliable, proactive facilities management.
