Job Description
Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters is seeking a Site Manager to lead warehousing, logistics and site safety at our Alexandria, NSW warehouse. You will manage inbound/outbound goods, coordinate with packing, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
You will coach and develop a high-performing team, balance hands-on leadership with day-to-day oversight, and ensure health and safety compliance. This full time role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
