Job Description

Carlingford-based not-for-profit organisation seeks an experienced Clinical Team Leader to provide clinical leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary team supporting 10–12 consumers with complex mental health needs in a residential rehabilitation program.

The role requires 5+ years in mental health, inpatient/residential experience, and registration with AHPRA or AASW. You will act as escalation point, supervise staff, participate in governance, and support transition to community living.
