Lead therapeutic practice and case planning for children and young people with complex needs. Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, guide Care Teams and manage a caseload of up to 12 CYP. NSW roles also include case management.

Duties
Assess cognitive, emotional, behavioural and therapeutic needs
Develop, implement and review therapeutic interventions and plans
Lead Care Team meetings, case reviews and complex case planning
Coach Care Teams in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
Coordinate referrals, transitions, placements and specialist supports

Skills & Experience




Hold a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Mental Health Nursing or related field
Bring 5+ years’ therapeutic or clinical experience with CYP in OOHC
Hold current qualified registration relevant to your qualification
Demonstrate therapeutic, disability and NDIS knowledge where relevant
Hold an unrestricted driver licence and meet all probity requirements
