Responsibilities
Support the Manager with daily business operations and team coordination
Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and task assignments
Help train, guide, and support team members
Monitor daily performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency
Handle customer or client concerns professionally
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operations
Support company policies, procedures, and safety standards





Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management support role preferred
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with computers and common office applications

Pay: $67,000.00-$89,000.00 per year
