Western Sydney LHD is seeking General Medicine Registrars (PGY3+) to provide locum coverage in high-demand departments.

You’ll support acute medical admissions, inpatient wards, and consults under the guidance of experienced consultants, with prospects for senior responsibilities based on experience.

Clinical Environment
Work in a busy, tertiary-level medicine unit with access to subspecialty support
Exposure to a broad range of complex and acute general medical presentations
Structured ward rounds, team-based care , and explicit escalation pathways
Build your skills in diagnostic reasoning, patient management, and handover
Supportive of doctors working toward RACP Basic Physician Training or transition to advanced training

Eligibility Criteria
AHPRA General Registration
PGY3+ with General Medicine experience
NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check




Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing
