Role Description The Business Analyst role is a full time, 12 month contract role responsible for supporting a dedicated customer with data-driven insights and process improvements. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current business processes, and identifying opportunities for optimization across technology solutions and business processes.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear specifications, create reports and dashboards, and support the design and implementation of current solutions. This role also involves facilitating workshops, preparing presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and client outcomes.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.




Business analysis experience, including eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements.
Knowledge of business processes and process mapping to assess and improve operational workflows.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of business requirements management tools or methodologies (e.g., user stories, use cases).
Experience working with technology or consulting organizations is beneficial.
Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, presentation tools, basic data visualization).
Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
