An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a highly regarded, boutique real estate office in Sydney's Western Suburbs. Led by a hands‐on Director who truly understands property management, this is a role designed to set you up for long‐term success.

The Role:

Monday to Friday with only 1 Saturday every 8 weeks (negotiable)
n
Portfolio of 200 properties
n
Conducting open homes
n
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
Lease preparation and execution
n
Occasional tribunal attendance (extremely rare)
n

The Ideal Candidate:

n

n
Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
n
Certificate of Registration (COR)
n
Reliable car and driver's license
n
Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
n
