Job Description

Westpac Group is seeking a senior architecture leader to shape technology strategy for People technology, HR platforms and workforce data. You will partner with HR, Corporate Affairs and technology stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions in a large enterprise.

This role combines hands-on design with strategic governance, driving modernization, Data & AI initiatives and responsible innovation, while leading a team of Solution Architects to deliver measurable business value.
