We’re currently seeking an experienced Allocator to join our close-knit team.
About the Role
This is a high volume allocations position.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate machinery and labour to job sites
Coordinate with customers, sub-contractors and our team
Enter job details and maintain accurate records
Resolve scheduling conflicts and keep projects on track
Ensure compliance, safety & maintenance requirements are met
What we need from you
Solid computer skills and experience using scheduling software
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a quick-paced environment
High attention to detail with a proactive organised approach
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Have experience in an allocation or scheduling role (plant hire preferred)
