Beechworth Health Service in Victoria seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver meals that are secure, nutritious, enjoyable and tailored to residents and patients.
This hands-on leadership role combines three kitchen production days with one protected administration day each week. You will lead the kitchen, manage procurement, stock and costs, and work with dietitians and clinical teams to meet dietary textures and quality standards.
