As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and/or white-collar roles
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Conduct regular client and site visits to support workforce needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates with relevant skills, tickets, and licences
Respond to job orders and match suitable candidates to roles
Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and compliance requirements
Manage ad placements across multiple platforms
Develop and maintain a strong and active talent pool
Provide ongoing communication and support to clients and workers to ensure retention and performance

About you:
Experience building strong rapport with clients, candidates,



and internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite and general systems
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced setting (preferred but not essential)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
