Job Description

Point Care is seeking a Youth Worker to provide trauma-informed care in residential homes, emergency placements and allied settings across Queensland. You will help children and young people develop independence, participate in education and community activities, and work toward individual care plan goals.

Key responsibilities include safeguarding, daily living support, documentation and collaboration with stakeholders, with focus on compliant, child-centered outcomes.
