Itahlia Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Wait Staff member to join our team in Sunbury, VIC.

About the Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you will help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and qualified attitude
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Provide menu recommendations and assist with customer enquiries
Serve food and drinks efficiently
Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their visit
Process payments and operate the POS system
Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean dining environment
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team
Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant service standards

What We're Looking For




Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
A friendly, professional and positive attitude
Robust teamwork and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
