Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Entry Level IT Technician to join our friendly and experienced team.

The Role
n
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will work with both residential and business clients, providing technical support and assisting with a wide variety of IT solutions.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Help Desk
n
Answering Calls
n
Server, Desktop and laptop setup, maintenance and repair
n
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
n
Primarily Remote work but some Onsite work
n
Microsoft 365 administration and support
n
Network, Wi-Fi and internet troubleshooting
n
Maintaining managed services clients
n
Equipment installation and upgrades
n
Documentation and ticket management
n
Learning and assisting with cloud,
server and communications solutions
n

Experience or exposure to any of the following would be advantageous:

3CX or Yeastar phone systems

Managed IT Services environments
