The role
We are currently looking to expand our team across all of our offices with additional administration assistants.
Experience preferred, however not necessary.
All Administration positions have an integral role within our firm.
We are looking for applicants with the following skills or interests:-
Eager to learn with a robust work ethic;
Able to work autonomously;
Able to accept direction when required;
Answer phone calls and take messages;
Reliable and conscientious;
Ability to work to tight deadlines;
Friendly attitude and able to work in a team setting; and
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with clients and other associates of the firm.
