The Role:
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and presentation of the building
Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance
Manage contractors, suppliers and building services
Liaise with residents, Body Corporate and Strata Management
Manage operational budgets, invoices and expenditureEnsure building compliance, WHS and fire safety requirements are maintained
Conduct regular building inspections
Assist with CAPEX, defects and building improvement projects
Maintain building records and reporting through MYBOS
Deliver a high level of resident service and issue resolution

The Candidate:
4+ years’ experience in Building, Facilities or Property Management
Real Estate Licence or Certificate required
Residential, strata or mixed‑use experience highly regarded
Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance
Confident managing contractors and budgets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, proactive and solutions focused
MYBOS experience advantageous
