Part of the group, Robert Plumb Horticulture is the specialised services business responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscape projects created by Dangar Barin Smith. It is also skilled at implementing the soft landscaping in smaller-scale projects created by the consultancy practice. Our team of qualified landscape and horticulture professionals service clients in the Sydney metropolitan area as well as projects in Sydney's lower north shore.

We are currently seeking a Qualified Horticulturists to join our experienced team:

About the role:
Perform garden maintenance including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilising.
Pest and disease management




Monitor plant health and apply horticultural knowledge to maintain vibrant landscapes.
Liaise with clients and team members to ensure high standards are met.
Use and maintain garden tools and equipment safely.
Workplace, health and safety advocate
Support and development of junior team members and apprentices

About you:
Proven experience in similar role
Qualified in Horticulture or related field
Plant knowledge and identification
Ability to work in a physically demanding workplace, in all weather conditions
Attention to detail and pride in quality of work
Sound knowledge of horticulture and soft landscaping
Drivers licence
White Card
