About the role
Be involved in global financial impact assessments, including supporting the design and implementation of process and analytics frameworks
Support and help enhance the reporting
Assist in the development and embedment of Economic Capital Management
Participate in a range of analytics initiatives, including those relating to performance, volatility, capital, reinsurance, planning, risk appetite and stress & scenario analysis
Interact regularly with the wider finance community, collaborating to develop better insights into business performance and trends.

About you
5 to 8 years of insurance experience in either an actuarial or a financial analytical role
The ability to interpret,



analyse and communicate solutions to complex problems in an effective and business-focused manner
Have a robust interest in developing your knowledge of general insurance, including finance concepts
Demonstrate curiosity and courage through providing challenge to assumptions and processes.
