YOUR RECENT ROLE
In this KEY valued role, you will love the CHALLENGE+ immense SATISFACTION of being the RIGHT HAND to the TPD team leader solicitor assisting with helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their :
TPD (total permanent disablement)/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies.

You will get ‘front-end’ hands-on BROAD-SPECTRUM experience including:
obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a paralegal/law graduate (about to be admitted soon) OR a junior solicitor with PLAINTIFF of DEFENDANT personal injury legal experience;
have had minimum 6 months TPD/super/diability insurance experience (essential);
have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills;
have robust communication and interpersonal skills;
are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
can work in a vibrant, quick-paced environment;
