YOUR CURRENT ROLE

Being mentored by industry-leading senior specialist personal injury lawyers & partners, you will love the stimulation+ deep satisfaction obtaining justice for injured clients. You will be:
obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court docs, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are an admitted lawyer (or a law graduate soon to be admitted within the next 6 months) with MINIMUM 12 MONTHS or more in EITHER: 1) personal injury law experience preferably in 1 or more of :medical negligence, CTP , work injury damages, public liability OR 2) insurance (health) law OR 3) have a medical science/medicine/nursing background;
have strong communication/interpersonal skills;
are results-driven, highly organized and can meet deadlines;
have proven ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced workplace;
are hungry to progress your career as a plaintiff personal injury lawyer (essential) with a employer committed to your success.
