YOUR RECENT ROLE

Reporting to the Managing Associate and Principal, as a valued+ KEY member of this winning friendly close-knit personal injury team, you will love:
the freedom+ satisfaction of running your own personal injury files/dealing with your own clients in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation (approx 70%) and common law claims (approx 30%) eg CTP, medical negligence, public liability, TPD etc;
potential future leadership prospect (subject to performance and experience).

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a personal injury SOLICITOR with MINIMUM 18 months hands-on NSW workers compensation experience (essential)+ preferably other areas of personal injury law (not essential);
have strong knowledge of relevant NSW workers compensation legislation/procedures and have managed your own statutory workers compensation files from start to finish;
have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
are ambitious+ proactive+ enjoy what you do;
have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
are hungry to advance your career long-term with a vibrant fast-growing successful plaintiff firm.
