An excellent opportunity for an experienced C-suite Executive Assistant to join a leading global investment management business in a high-profile contract role through to December 2026.

Supporting the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer and Chief People Officer, you'll be at the centre of a quick-moving executive environment where organisation, judgement and the ability to stay two steps ahead are key.

What You'll Do
Manage complex, constantly changing executive diaries
Coordinate domestic and international travel across multiple time zones
Manage executive inboxes, expenses and follow-up actions
Prepare presentations, reports and executive documentation
Coordinate leadership meetings, inductions and team events
Work closely with the CEO's EA and broader EA community
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Anticipate priorities and keep senior executives focused and organised

What We're Looking For

You'll be an accomplished C-suite EA who thrives in a busy, high-performance workplace.





You'll bring:
Robust C-suite executive support experience
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong judgement, discretion and initiative
Advanced Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint skills
Financial Services or Investment Management experience is highly regarded

The Details
$56–$60 per hour + super
ASAP start through to December 2026
Barangaroo location
4 days in the office / 1 day WFH
