About the Role
· Scheduling appointments and managing changes with flexibility.
· Coordinating interstate and international travel for our team.
· Maintaining accuracy in CRM systems and data entry.
· Handling outbound calls and telemarketing to assist with sales.
· Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
· Prioritising tasks,
managing deadlines, and ensuring smooth operations.
· Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
What We're Looking For
· Organised and detail-oriented, with a solid sense of urgency.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.
· Experienced in administration (2+ years), ideally with scheduling exposure.
· Confident with time management and balancing competing priorities.
· A professional communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
· Someone who thrives in building relationships and solving problems.
· And importantly… you bring a healthy dose of common sense!
