Need someone who has good computer skills. Fluent in English. Candidate should have valuable communication skills and has polite & friendly nature as you will be dealing with elderly patients. Candidate should be able to manage phone calls, book and confirm appointments.
Candidate will be using software to book clients appointments, confirming & rescheduling appointments.
Training will be provided about hearing aids, repairs etc
