About the role

The Client Services Officer will act as a key point of contact for clients while supporting the day-to-day administration and smooth operation of the office. The role will work closely with Partners, accountants and the broader team across client enquiries, document preparation, workflow administration, reception and general office coordination.



This is a wide-ranging role suited to someone organised, proactive and confident dealing with clients.

Key responsibilities

Manage client enquiries and administrative requests
Prepare correspondence and client documentation
Coordinate appointments, meetings and diaries
Support workflow administration across the firm
Assist with reception and general office coordination
