We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our growing team. This role involves the safe and effective operation of heavy vehicles to transport plant equipment, and products to various job sites and locations around regional Queensland as well as operation a semi water truck
The successful applicant will have a solid commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
Transport materials and equipment to designated locations.
Conduct daily pre-start and vehicle safety inspections.
Ensure loads are secured and transported in accordance with regulations.
Complete delivery paperwork and driver logbooks accurately.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance requirements.
Comply with all road, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements:
Current HC (Heavy Combination) Licence.
Proven experience operating heavy vehicles including float work.
Strong understanding of road transport and fatigue management regulations.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule when required.
White Card (preferred).
Clean driving record.
