Senior Property Manager Minimum 2 years experience

What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive property management support to our team of Property Managers
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including renter inquiries, rental payments, maintenance coordination and inspections
Conducting property viewings and liaising with prospective and current renters
Preparing and processing leases, condition reports and other property management documentation
Maintaining detailed and accurate property and renter records

What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential property management and/or leasing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant property management legislation
Proficient in using property management software and databases




Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving positive outcomes for rental providers and renters.
