Role: Sales Representative - No Experience Required - Paid Training Provided

Location: Homebush (Relocating to Parramatta in late-2026)

Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Monday to Friday with 8:30 am starts)

As Duo Group continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, develop solid communication and relationship-management skills, and work in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

n

Conducting outbound sales calls to introduce and sell our products

n

Following proven sales scripts to promote product benefits and overcome initial objections.

n

Build and maintain positive relationships through phone conversations and networking events

n

Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service





n

Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals

n

The successful candidate will have the following:

n

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or outbound calling experience is advantageous, but not essential.

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

Confidence speaking with a diverse range of clients

n

Self-motivated and eager to learn

n

Thrive in fast-paced settings

n

Available to work onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
